Addiction Transitional Care in Washington State
Free by the Sea offers a transitional care program for clients who need continued alcohol or drug rehab support for up to one year but require a less structured approach. The program is also ideal for clients who have previously received drug or alcohol rehab treatment.
Serving the Pacific Northwest, including Washington (Seattle), Oregon (Portland), and Alaska.
Based on the recovery house model, the transitional program allows clients to work or go to school in the community while residing on our campus and continuing their alcohol or drug rehab treatment. The model provides clients the opportunity to become increasingly confident and secure using the coping and life skills they have developed as they prepare for their eventual return home.
Clients in the transitional program have access to one-on-one counseling, are required to attend group counseling sessions, and may attend education groups as requested.
